CANCELLATION / REFUND Policy:
Cancellations of private trips more than 30 days prior to the trip will be refunded 100% (minus any applicable credit card handling fees). When a public group trip is posted as (FULL), refunds are only given if the space can be filled.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date of trip booked, no shows, or non-completion of trip, all monies are non-refundable and non-transferable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience during the trip, you are free to leave. However, early departures will not receive a return of fees for the trip, including days not participated in.
These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, and cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute. Many guide costs are incurred in preparing for a trip, regardless of trip length.
In the event of an emergency or any other circumstance that would require ending a trip early, your Registered Maine Guide may offer to reschedule your trip at a reduced rate, per their discretion.
If for any reason we cancel a trip, the client has a choice to be refunded 100% or roll over fees to another trip date in form of Trip Credit. Trip Credits can be redeemed up to one year beyond the original missed trip date.
**This policy remains in tact even for last-minute bookings.
LIABILITY Policy:
